Legal Basis
Detectors, designed for personal use and professional purposes, are considered as “non-returnable products” under the Consumer Protection Law due to their sensitive and specialized nature.

Defective or Faulty Products
If Adrenalin Detector sends a defective or faulty product, a report should be taken from the cargo officer. The customer must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product. In such cases, product replacement is possible; however, if the product is in working condition, returns are not accepted.

Inspection Upon Delivery
If there is visible damage to the packaging of the product, it should be inspected by the recipient in the presence of the cargo officer during delivery. If physical damage or a missing item is detected, a report should be prepared by the cargo officer. A compensation claim should be made against the cargo company for the value of the product. In such cases, please contact us regarding the issue.

Prevention of Unjust Use
When detectors are returned after being received, they suffer material and technological depreciation. Therefore, the right of return is only valid in legal situations where the product is defective or faulty.

Products Not Collected from Customs
If a shipment is not collected from customs and is returned to us, all customs and shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Note:
Exchange is only carried out for products identified as faulty or defective by Adrenalin Detector.

Manufacturer’s Protection
Adrenalin Detector products are equipped with advanced technology and may depreciate in value after short-term use. For this reason, returns are not accepted for purchased detectors.
